Quality, Fabric and Fit
We want you to love your items and for that love to last so the fit and quality of our garments is of the utmost importance to us. We personally try on dozens of styles to make sure the hand, drape, and color are what we think make the beginnings of a great tee shirt. We then wash samples to ensure that our products will last without losing their allure.

We are grown humans and our sizing reflects that. Our tees are generally true to size but each product page has a fit description and bust/waist/hip measurements. Unisex sizing and conversion is also notated. If you’re still unsure for any reason don’t hesitate to shoot us an email at email@example.com.

We want to pass along exactly what we want when we shop – quality garments that are fairly priced. Traditionally, items are marked up 5 - 8 times what it costs the brand to make them. We sell our products directly to you with smaller markups that reflect what we would pay for our own items as shoppers.
Our products are purchased wholesale from Alternative Apparel and professionally screen printed at Fru-Art Co - the longest running silk screen business in the ATL area. Both are local to us, which allows us to keep a lower carbon footprint and costs down. This then lets us pass down savings within our retail prices to our customers.

As a small start-up we do our best to provide our product in the most sustainable way accessible to us at this time - by sourcing our main materials locally, making our products in small batches, and purchasing recyclable and recycled packaging. Through each stage of growth at Open East we are committed to evaluating our production process to make improvements on our environmental impact, as well as making more sustainable choices as they become available to us. Open East is also a vegan owned and operated company.
Caring For Your Garments
While our products are of quality and made to be worn and washed over and over again we recommend washing them on delicate and laying them flat to dry. It’s the best way to ensure you get your hard earned money’s worth and make the love last.

Promos and Sales
Our pricing reflects a low markup against production costs, but we do run promotions and sales when there is a special occasion we want to celebrate, or sometimes just because. Follow us @wearopeneast on Instagram for the latest, or sign up for our emails for exclusive offers. There is also a little something with your first order for next time.
We personally wrap all of our orders in tissue paper. Upon request, we’ll include a complimentary handwritten note on a stationery card and envelope. Please include your personal message in the notes section of your order, or feel free to email us at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
We offer free shipping on orders over $70. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped M-F within 1-3 days via USPS and arrive between 2-5 business days. We do our very best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Please note that once your order is given to the post office, we only have the tracking number to keep tabs on your package. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct to diminish post office mix-ups.
Shipping costs for international orders are available at checkout and are for postage only. Please be advised that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Most orders will arrive within 1-3 weeks. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or lost or stolen packages. Please note that most orders are sent via USPS First Class International Mail which does not come with tracking or delivery confirmation once outside of the U.S.
Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be really happy with your new pieces and hope they have found a permanent home with you. If you would like to exchange your order we accept unwashed, unworn items in their original condition. To initiate an exchange please follow the steps below within 14 days of receipt:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will provide you with a return address for the item you would like to exchange. If you are simply making an exchange for the same item in a different size please let us know and we will also include a code to receive free shipping on your replacement order.
Place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for.
Send back your original unwashed, unworn item to the address we provide.
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item being exchanged. Once your original item is received we will process a full refund for the item to the original payment method used to place the order.
We want you to really happy with your order. If your purchase does not work out we accept unwashed, unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We personally inspect each item before packaging them for shipment, but since we are human sometimes we make mistakes. Please let us know via email within 14 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues with your order. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment.
